  Dealing w/ this organization has been a complete nightmare. Their employee 'Chris' is rude, snarky and unhelpful. He makes conversations difficult and is generally uncooperative and disrespectful. At the time of the loss of a family member this is the last thing one needs. If you have a choice--go elsewhere.

  We were recommend by 3 people to have my grandma cremated here. It was a very quick process and all the staff were thoughtful and sincere. Death is not something I've dealt with a lot in my life, but I will definitely recommend avenida to everyone
